By purchasing, downloading, installing, or activating DuoNavi software packages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be unconditionally bound by these 9 legal articles, road safety mandates, and strict software protection covenants.

Digital License Only

DuoNavi provides digital software licenses only. We do not manufacture, sell, or warranty vehicle hardware components.

Mandatory Driver Focus

Vehicle operators bear 100% legal responsibility for safe vehicle operation, road observation, and passenger safety.

Strict Anti-Piracy Invariant

Zero tolerance for binary tampering, reverse engineering, or unauthorized key sharing. Immediate license revocation enforced.

Article 1: Grant of License & Digital Rights

DuoNavi is the sole developer and provider of the DuoNavi automotive multitasking package. Upon completing a valid purchase transaction, DuoNavi grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable digital license subject to the following covenants:

Device Slot Allocation: Each valid license key authorizes simultaneous activation on exactly 1 iPhone device at any given time.
Device Slot Transfer: When replacing or upgrading your iPhone, you may transfer your license slot to the new device via our verified server key reset procedure.
Prohibition of Commercial Resale: The license is strictly tied to the original purchasing party. Renting, leasing, lending, reselling, or commercially re-distributing license tokens is strictly prohibited.

Article 2: Technical Prerequisites & User Responsibilities

To ensure proper operation and consistent 60 FPS rendering performance, customers are solely responsible for verifying and maintaining their environment in strict compliance with the following requirements:

Mandatory Hardware Stack

iPhone running iOS 14.0 through iOS 16.x
Standard Rootless package environment (Sileo / Zebra)
Vehicle head unit with factory OEM Apple CarPlay protocol

Explicit Incompatibilities

Zero support for RootHide environments or restricted package environments
Zero support for Android OS or Android Auto platforms
No support for iOS 17+ stock firmware without compatible environment

Firmware Upgrade Risks: Customers assume all risks if upgrading their iOS firmware results in the loss of Rootless environment or incompatibility with DuoNavi.

Article 3: Hardware & Rootless Environment Disclaimers

DuoNavi is an independent software development entity providing digital package licenses only. We do not manufacture, supply, or distribute any physical automotive hardware (aftermarket Android dongles, display screens, adapter cables, or ECU modules).

DuoNavi explicitly disclaims all liability for:

iPhone battery degradation, thermal throttling, wear and tear, or phone hardware failure.
Vehicle electrical surges, USB port damage, automotive screen glitches, or vehicular electronic issues.
Vehicle factory warranty denials resulting from user hardware modifications or aftermarket attachments.
Setting up a Rootless environment on iOS is an independent, voluntary user action. DuoNavi is not affiliated with Apple Inc., does not distribute system modification tools, and assumes no liability for device modification.

Article 4: Mandatory Road Safety & Driver Attention

Inviolable Road Safety Invariant

The vehicle driver holds 100% legal responsibility for safe vehicle operation, passenger life and safety, and compliance with all traffic laws.

Continuous Road Focus: Drivers must maintain visual focus on the road ahead at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
Strict Video Playback Rules: Video playback features are intended exclusively for passenger entertainment or when parked safely. Drivers are strictly prohibited from watching video streams while driving.
Accident & Fine Immunity: DuoNavi disclaims all legal liability for traffic collisions, bodily injuries, property damages, or automated traffic camera citations resulting from driver inattention.

Article 5: Third-Party Telemetry & Navigation Disclaimer

DuoNavi operates as an on-device multitasking layout manager for Apple CarPlay. We do not maintain proprietary mapping databases or traffic speed camera telemetry networks.

All GPS positioning, turn-by-turn routing, speed limit indicators, and traffic camera alerts originate directly from independent third-party applications (Google Maps, Vietmap Live, Waze, Apple Maps, Navitel).

DuoNavi assumes no liability if third-party navigation providers supply inaccurate directions, delayed speed warnings, weather-related GPS dropouts, or erroneous traffic data.

Article 6: Strict Intellectual Property & Binary Protection Covenant

All source code, compiled .dylib binaries, .deb packages, 60 FPS rendering algorithms, and DuoNavi™ trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of DuoNavi. We strictly prohibit:

No Reverse Engineering

Strict ban on decompiling, disassembling, or extracting binaries.

No Binary Tampering or Server Manipulation

Prohibition of licensing server manipulation, unauthorized binary modification, or token forgery.

No Public Key Sharing

Publishing license tokens on forums or shared groups is forbidden.

No Unauthorized Distribution or Resale

Hosting on unauthorized repositories or commercial reselling is illegal.

Article 7: Sanctions & License Revocation

Upon detecting piracy attempts, code tampering, or unauthorized distribution, DuoNavi enforces the following sanctions:

Immediate Revocation Without Refund: Offending license keys will be revoked immediately on authentication servers with zero refund eligibility.
Permanent Blacklisting: Device hashes and associated purchase emails will be permanently blacklisted from all future activations.
Civil & Criminal Prosecution: DuoNavi reserves all rights to pursue civil lawsuits and criminal complaints, claiming full compensatory damages, brand injury reparations, and legal fees.

Article 8: Cap on Liability & AS-IS Disclaimer

DuoNavi is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Maximum Liability Cap:

In no event and under no legal theory shall DuoNavi’s aggregate liability exceed the actual purchase amount paid by the customer for the specific software license.

Article 9: General Terms & Severability

DuoNavi reserves the right to revise these Terms to reflect legislative changes and ongoing technical improvements. Updated versions will be publicly posted on the official website.

Severability Clause:

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
